Your new job includes
As Promotions Specialist, you will work very closely with the Promotions Manager to strengthen Heinemann Oceania’s position in the market and establish productive relationships with Vendors and other Stakeholders. You will develop and execute promotional initiatives and in turn communicate our unique point of difference in the market. You will ensure efficient execution of in-store campaigns per brand based on the annual promotional plan and maintain good collaboration and communication with all parties involved.

As a Promotions Specialist you will
- Close communication with Vendors regarding execution of brands, products and promotional mechanics.
- Responsible for liaising with Vendors and approving artwork designs for new activations.
- Managing and ordering Gifts With Purchase, Tasting & Sampling Stock to support the promotional activities.
- Prepare and send internally monthly Presentation Deck showcasing brand activities.
- Organise delivery of POSM and visuals for in store advertising (Vendors, Category, Logistics, Warehouse, Bond, Visual Merchandising, Operations, etc).
- Analyse sales data and brand performance for each campaign with Category Team.
- Work on new promotional initiatives to help drive sales.
What you should bring along
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, highly organized and proven success working in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong orientation to the provision of a high level of customer service and demonstrated ability to partner with Vendors and other Stakeholders.
- Strong influencing and analytical skills with a proven ability to build relationships and solve problems creatively, utilizing sound judgment.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel. SAP knowledge and skills is preferential.
- A general interest and/or experience with the categories such as Liquor, Tobacco, Confectionery, Health & Wellbeing, Perfume & Cosmetics, Fashion & Accessories, is beneficial.
