The role
The P/T Google Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating a strong PPC marketing strategy to elevate brand presence and awareness of healthcare clients within our stable.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will bring a commercial lens to the role by continually considering new ways of working, reviewing existing practices and bringing a “test and learn” innovation led mentality. All with a view to evolve the brands, and ultimately increase sales through digital channels.
You will be responsible for managing Google Ads and matching appropriate analytics through audience segmentation, campaign and media planning, optimisation, retargeting and reporting.
You must be efficient and organised with a good eye for detail.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy development to align with business objectives
- Paid advertising - Manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising through Google Ads and social media advertising. Monitor and optimise ad performance, budget allocation, and return on ad spend.
- Content marketing - work with the Marketing Manager to develop content marketing strategies, including the creation and distribution of valuable, relevant content to attract and engage the target audience
- Analytics and reporting - utilise analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports, analysing key metrics and providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Update and Audit current campaigns on a regular basis.
- Ongoing competitor analysis of market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Recommend and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
