About the role
Wesley Mission has a diverse property portfolio of 120+ owned, leased and licensed properties across metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW.
This role maintains Wesley Mission’s property records and portfolio reporting, working closely with our Property Officer and Asset Manager on day to day lease administration and tenancy management.
The Property Administrator also supports property projects and transactions with due diligence activities, market analysis, coordinating inspections and consultant engagement.
Essential criteria
- demonstrated relevant experience in property management, leasing, legal administration, conveyancing
- accurate and timely data entry skills with good written communication
- computer literacy and experience with the Microsoft suite
- must hold a current unrestricted Class C NSW drivers licence and be available to travel across the Sydney metropolitan area and regional NSW from time to time.
