Presently, they seek a proactive Property Assistant/Administrator to enhance their team at a prestigious Shopping Centre situated in Melbourne's West.
The Role:
This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a dynamic shopping centre management team. You will be responsible for executing essential administrative functions crucial to the efficient management of the shopping centre. Utilise your exceptional customer service and administrative skills, and join us in maintaining the high standards our client is known for in the industry.
Please note: This Shopping Centre is based in Melbourne's West
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Rental Arrears & Retailer Payment Plans
- General Office Management
- Retailer Relationship Management
- Assistant to Property Administration Team
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Assistance for all Marketing Activities
- Management of Office IT platform
- All Administrative / Office Systems & Development of Policies & Procedures
- Previous experience in a similar administration or accounts role
- Previous experience in debt collection or arrears management highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in Commercial Property/Retail Property or Shopping Centres is favourable, but not essential
- An enthusiastic and resourceful professional who possesses a "can do" attitude
