The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administration support to a fantastic supportive partner and team. You will be expected to hit the ground running in this rewarding position.

Some of your duties will include;
- Opening and closing files
- Preparation of Letters of Engagement
- Diary management
- Preparation of commercial documents
- Preparing Contract of Sale and S32 Statements
- Monthly billing
- Property searches
- PPSR searches
- Company Searches
- Assist lawyers with other general administration duties.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have up to 2 + years’ experience in Property law with conveyancing experience.
