As a vital member of Effie's team, you will play a crucial role in the operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include providing proactive support, assisting with various tasks, and offering a fresh perspective. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own database and listings within the team.

THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY…
While each day will present diverse challenges, your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting Effie with administrative tasks and property listing and sales.
• Conducting property price evaluations.
• Working towards achieving predetermined budget targets.
• Actively prospecting, nurturing, and managing your own client database within Effie's team.
• Taking proactive measures to increase market share within the designated service area.
• Listing and selling properties in accordance with Harris Real Estate's established processes, checklists, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating tradespeople and marketing activities within specified timeframes.
• Conducting private appointments with potential buyers, bank valuers, and building inspectors.
• Weekly distribution of letterbox drops.
• Coordinating keys for tradespeople and settlement processes.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to add value for Effie, Harris Real Estate, and clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING…
We are a rapidly growing business with big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:
• A current Real Estate License is essential
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate)
• High level of customer service
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of system
• Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property
