About the team:

Our experience is in residential, industrial, rural, commercial and government projects, across all property asset classes, including retirement, aged care, agriculture, mining, residential mixed use, hotels, office leasing portfolios, shopping centres and infrastructure. 
  
About the role:
  
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to work in an established property practice. The role will be working across three partners Rebecca Castley, Matt Castley and Allan Lonergan. 

  • Providing clients with legal advice
  • Contract drafting, settlements and lease preparation
  • Regularly reviewing applicable case law and legislative changes
  • Conducting effective legal research and analysis to produce timely, commercial and legally accurate advice
  • Managing a robust workload, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively
  • Developing an understanding of client operations and strategy
  • Managing prospective client relationships
  • Continual professional development and managing MCLE requirements
About you:
  • 2-4 years' PQE property solicitor with general property experience
  • A desire to be an integral member of a strong and cohesive team who work together
  • Review and Preparation of Contracts
  • Preparation of Leases & negotiations
  • Complete of Sale/Purchase from start to finish
  • Sub divisions and Option Deeds
  • Knowledge of PEXA
  • Attention to detail & the ability to multitask
  • Keen organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Motivated, curious and readiness to learn
  • Personable and engaging attitude
  • A team player
