You will work with colleagues to support goal setting, robust health and lifestyle programs and engagement to the community. You’ll promote a positive community culture, ensuring diversity and inclusion for all team members to foster growth and development both personally and professionally.Your day-to-dayPeopleCreate an offering of health and lifestyle programs to foster a positive work and living environment for all employeesEnsure an inclusive and vibrant culture, through program development, education and creation of think tanks and committees.Conduct or facilitate training sessions or seminars for colleagues that promote healthy lifestyle and cater for a variety of goals.Partner with the Operations Manager to conduct Village OrientationsEnsure close interaction with all colleagues and assist in managing and guiding through the challenges arising from remote living environments.Build effective work relationships with all Village residents to ensure their tenure is maximised and their personal goals are documented.Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable Colleague experience on the island.Ensure there is a rigorous events calendar in place each month catering to a variety of interests and hobbies.Create new events and activities in the Village activities calendar to ensure an ever-evolving offering of engagement for our ColleaguesMaintain or arrange for maintenance of fitness equipment or facilitiesHave one on one meetings with Colleagues to set goals for their stay within the village, with a focus on maximising lifestyle experiences and engagement within the communityWork closely with Human Resources and the Island Nurses to assist in provide individual support and guidance as required to any residentsGuest ExperienceDevelop creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide residents with a unique experienceMake time to interact with colleagues to hear feedback and build relationships to understand how team members can increase overall satisfactionResponsible BusinessDevelop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in local community and charities.Conduct village engagement surveys to identify areas of focus and rectification
