We are currently working on multiple exciting graduate positions, one client is a specialist in Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Real Estate, with offices Australia-wide. Our second client is a privately run boutique commercial agency, with a strong presence in the commercial sales and leasing market.
The Opportunities
Both opportunities will help you to get your foot in the door in the commercial property industry. Role one will sit with the sales and leasing team who are very supportive and encourage growth into a long-term career. Role two will see you working closely with the director and get you first-class training from the boss.
The key functions of the roles include:
- Exposure to all facets of the business
- Shadowing deals and negotiations
- Following up on agency agreements
- Following up buyers
- Putting together tenancy schedules
- Providing support to the sales and leasing team
- Working with property management systems
- General administration support
- Recent Property Graduate; property economics, development, construction
- Keen interest in a long-term career in Commercial sales and leasing/property management
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate both verbal and written
- Keen interest in learning negotiation
- Great organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills, positive attitude open to learning.
- Working with a great mentor in the industry
- High energy & results focussed business
- Career growth into either sales or property management
- Base plus commission structure
