Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of property markets, including trends, demographics, and economic indicators.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities based on clients' investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
- Provide expert advice on property selection, acquisition, and management strategies, ensuring alignment with clients' financial objectives.
- Develop comprehensive investment proposals and presentations for clients, outlining investment recommendations and projected returns.
- Facilitate property transactions, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract preparation.
- Liaise with real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to source and evaluate investment properties.
- Assist clients in securing finance solutions for property acquisitions, leveraging our network of lenders and financial institutions.
- Monitor and review clients' property portfolios, providing ongoing support and guidance to optimise investment performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Investment or related role.
- Strong understanding of property markets, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful Property Investment outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Sydney CBD property market and local regulations preferred.
