What you will be doing in this role
You will be mentored by our Principal Buyers Agent, supporting the growth of our business. In particular, you will be tasked with sourcing suitable properties for our Strategic Investment clients. The role will involve:
- researching, searching and delivering properties to match client briefs
- researching suitable locations for Strategic Investment
- undertaking due diligence on selected properties
- client management
- supporting our Strategic Investment clients (nationwide)
- negotiating on properties and bidding at auction
- building solid relationships with real estate agents
- research trips across Australia
- prospecting, business development and networking
Who we are after
We want to hear from people who are passionate about real estate. Perhaps you have experience in sales or property management and want to explore the buying side. Or perhaps you have experience in a buyers agency and looking for your next challenge. You will hit the ground running, so past experience in real estate would be ideal. In particular we are keen to hear from people with:
- high professional and ethical standards
- being an active property investor is a bonus
- understanding of (or an interest in) Property Economics is a bonus
- ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- a mature and professional attitude, with a hunger and drive to succeed
- strong written and verbal skills
- attention to detail
- prior real estate experience is desirable (buy side, sell side or property management)
- self-motivated, driven, passionate and highly organised
- mobile phone, laptop, drivers license and reliable car is necessary also a designated compliant work from home space
- a minimum NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent (required)
