SalaryThere is a great opportunity for a Property Lawyer (at least 4 years PAE) to join our friendly and dynamic Property Team.
Excellent communication skills and experience in property law transactions including conveyancing required.
The following skills are essential:
- The ability to handle a high volume of both acquisition and sales of residential property with the support of a property paralegal and junior Property Lawyer.
- Experience with acquisition and sale of commercial property.
- Familiar with FIRB rules.
- Off-the-plan developments.
- Land subdivision.
- Familiar with GST and CGT withholding requirements.
- Hands-on experience using PEXA and Duties Online.
- Working knowledge of LEAP an advantage.
