AddressBennett & Philp Lawyers is a well-known Commercial Law firm located in the Brisbane. We offer practical legal solutions with a full range of business and personal legal services and as a result have grown a stellar client base and superb working culture. With over 30 fee earners across the firm and an established and respected Property & Planning team, we are looking for a 5+ PAE Lawyer/Associate/Senior Associate to join the team. Candidates for this role should have either a demonstrated focus and interest in property law. This role is full time, and you will be working in our CBD office.
You will work across all areas of property including but not limited to retail and commercial leasing, commercial and residential property sales and purchases, development, planning & environment and general property advisory work. The firm’s clients range from local individuals and businesses to ASX listed companies, high net wealth individuals, developers and leading property institutions. You will have carriage of files and work with other members of the team across all areas of property law. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in property law and a desire to contribute to a busy practice.
You must:
- Have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, including the Firm’s administration teams and clients
- Have the drive to build your own brand to set yourself apart from the rest
- Have excellent in MS Word and formatting skills
- Display initiative, energy and a willingness to learn
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have interests in and pursue goals outside your studies and work
