We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Estimator to play a key role in delivering technical excellence and driving project leadership across a variety of transport infrastructure projects. As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to engage with clients, contribute to winning work, and develop ongoing strategic client relationships to secure ongoing workload. Key Responsibilities: Take charge of the end-to-end estimating process on projects, ensuring accuracy and excellence in technical deliverables. Lead and direct the production of cost estimating related deliverables, implementing Project Execution Plans, Reports, including verification and review of procedures to achieve project success. Manage, train and mentor junior/mid level cost estimators on projects. Manage discipline resources and subconsultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Engage with clients to establish scopes of work and develop strong client relationships to secure future projects. Contribute to the bid phase of projects, preparing and managing bid documentation to support successful project acquisition. Here's what you'll need: A degree qualification, preparable in civil engineering or quantity surveying, demonstrating your educational background in a relevant field. Holding a membership in appropriate organisations such as RICS, AIQS, Engineers Australia. Extensive experience as an Estimator in the transport infrastructure sector, showcasing your expertise in the industry. Previous experience in managing and preparing bid documentation. Strong client engagement skills, allowing you to establish scopes of work and develop ongoing strategic client relationships.
