We are looking for a part-time Property Management Assistant to join our team (minimum 3 days per week).
What you will be doing
- Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
- Assist with general office duties including reception duties
- Conduct inspections and show prospective tenants through properties
- Prepare property condition reports (ingoing, outgoing, and periodic)
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties
- Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords, and owners regarding prospective tenants, agreements, repairs, and tenancy termination
- Ensure that properties are maintained and well presented, in accordance with the owner’s instructions
What you will have
- Current drivers licence
- Current Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent qualification) or Class 2 Agent licence preferred or willing to obtain
- Good communicator with excellent customer focus and attention to detail
- Computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of computerised trust accounting package
- Previous experience in a Property Management role preferred but not essential
