Position 1: Senior Property Manager We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join this team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants.
Position 2: Junior Sales Associates (x2) We are also looking for two enthusiastic Junior Sales Associates to join our firm. This unique opportunity offers a hybrid role, allowing individuals to explore and learn both sales and administrative responsibilities. Please note, these are two separate positions, not shared roles.
Responsibilities (Senior Property Manager):
- Manage and execute the management of residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure the satisfaction of landlords and tenants by providing exceptional service.
- Uphold office policies and procedures to meet business objectives and compliance obligations.
Responsibilities (Junior Sales Associates):
- Support Sales Agents in the overall management and execution of residential and commercial property sales.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales processes, from listing to settlement.
Requirements (All Positions):
- Knowledge and experience in real estate.
- Current driver’s license.
- Possession of a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
- Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays as required.
