Our clients, a boutique agency, nestled along the picturesque coastline of Northern NSW, is seeking a talented Property Management Associate to join their incredible team. Specialising solely in investment needs, they pride themselves on providing unparalleled service to their clients.

• Location: Beautiful Northern NSW's coastline
• Salary Package: Up to $65K Plus Super Plus Allowances
• Growth Opportunities: Agency with over 1000 rentals!

• Support a senior property manager with amazing leadership support, loads of training, and development.
• Utilise PropertyMe software for seamless Property management.
• Entry, exit and routine inspections
• Maintenance administration
• Reporting and communication with tenants
• General ad hoc duties

• Valid NSW OR QLD Real Estate certificate of registration (or nearly completed)
• Customer service focused
