Property Management Receptionist

As the first point of contact you will have fantastic personal presentation and an excellent phone manner. This is a high volume switch supporting a large Property Management team.

You will perform a variety of tasks for our busy Property Management division, answering and screening calls, greeting Clients and Customers with loads of interesting administration support tasks also. You will be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and strong knowledge of Gmail and preferably experience with PropertyMe. Current Sales Registration or a minimum of Statement of Attainment preferred.

A sense of urgency, initiative and common sense coupled with accuracy and excellent communication skills will ensure success in this busy role. 

Experience of operating a very busy switch board is essential.
