We have an exciting opportunity to join the management team of the market leading Data Centre business of Schneider Electric.As the Pre-Sales
and Offer Manager Leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing a national team of highly customer-centric specialists across the operations of Pre-sales and product managers.Through strong leadership, you will drive a high-performance culture within the team to produce best-in-class product knowledge and best in class pre-sales support to the channel ecosystem, end user, and sales community
What Will You Do?- Drive and manage continual development across the process framework
- Provide strong leadership to continually develop maintain and attract key talents within the team
- Work in collaboration with the IT Edge, C&I, C&SP and Secure Power field service sales teams
- Grow the business, increasing the volume of our products, ensuring product launches have maximum impact in the market
- Deliver professionally relevant, consistent, and competitive submissions to the market
- Enable consistent standards across all pre-sales engineering and process disciplines
- Support Sales team to enable complete focus on customer-facing time
- Drive channel and consultant engagement (training) and Schneider Electric prescription
- Drive the product managers to best-in-class lifecycle management
- New product launch success
Ideal Candidate- Passion for impactful leadership
- Degree Qualified in an Engineering or Business Discipline
- Advanced electrical, mechanical, BMS, DCIM, and data centre physical infrastructure design experience
- Sales and pre-sales management with knowledge of critical buildings and data centre specifically
- Strong people leadership/management experience
- Strong presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence
