This is a full-time, permanent position.The SHES Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our Safety, Health, Environment, and Security team. This involves monitoring and fostering the integration and enhancement of Orica's SHES protocols, ensuring they align with our Group Standards and Procedures, as well as site-specific requirements.This position entails the administration and upkeep of various SHES systems and processes, alongside providing steadfast support to the SHES Team at Kooragang Island.At Orica, we embrace diversity across all roles. • Administering and maintaining Enablon, Orica's integrated SHES software system, including incident and action management, and scheduling of routine inspections and audits;
• Administering and maintaining Lotus Notes databases, including action management and supporting requirements for hazard studies and risk assessments;
• Administering and maintaining Pegasus, Orica's workforce management software, to ensure adherence to site access requirements;
• Preparing monthly safety, environmental, and process safety reports and OHS&E and site safety meeting agendas;
• Providing SAP 4S support to the SHES team;
• Supporting SHES regulatory requirements, including reporting, audit preparation, and electronic filing;
• Coordinating meetings, minute-taking, and following up on any actions raised;
• Developing and maintaining SHES information.

What you will bring

• Proven systems administration, coordination, and reporting experience is desirable.
• Previous SHES experience in either an administration or advisor role is desirable.
• Sound computer literacy. Experience in Enablon, Power BI, SharePoint, Lotus Notes, and/or SAP 4S would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stakeholder relationship management experience.
• Ability to work within a diverse team.
• Initiative and proven time management skills as you will be working to support four functions within the SHES team.
