The Position
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to 3 x SPMs across a portfolio of 500+ properties
- Respond to incoming inquiries
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to assist the Property Manager with daily tasks
- Stay informed with relevant legislation and industry trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property management records, including tenant information, rental history, and property maintenance records
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience as a Property Officer or Property Manager
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or in the process of obtaining one)
- First-class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Good personal presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A good teamwork ethic
