Ready to take the next step in your career and make your mark? An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Centre/Retail Manager to join our dynamic team and work alongside a group of passionate and highly skilled professionals.
Your new roleAs a key member of the team, you will report to the Head of Asset Management, gaining invaluable experience working in an impressive, diverse NSW based portfolio of freehold assets.
You will:
- Provide property management services to support the retail business growth to ensure profitability
- Lead Property and Centre Management Teams to deliver on our customer service expectations and uphold presentation standards that set us apart
- Foster and nurture relationships with stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted partner
- Prepare and manage budgets, income/expense reports and industry-standard reporting cycles.
- Conduct market assessments to uncover opportunities that assist with strategic decision-making
- Drive lease negotiations, covering renewals, assignments, variations, surrenders, sub-leases, and options with finesse
- Manage arrears and coordinate tenancies to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction
- Maintain accurate lease records, cross-checking documents on our database and agreed terms for compliance
- Collaborate with our Legal Team on property matters, ensuring all aspects are handled with precision and care
- Contribute and be a driving force to all property initiatives
