Belle Property Castlemaine/ Maldon are searching for an energetic residential Property Manager to support our growing property management team in our highly regarded Castlemaine office. We are looking for a great team player who’s logical, thorough, has excellent computer skills and detail orientated, with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
The Position will entail day to day tasks in the property management department which will include:
- Support and maintain and provide high customer service to RRP and renters
- Nurture and grow our existing rent roll
- Respond to potential rental inquiries via emails & phone calls
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Lodge bonds
- Statement run accounts and EOFY statements
- Conduct reference checks for potential rental applicants
- Understanding and complying with Residential Tenancy Act legislation
- Conduct routine inspections
- Understand compliance and current legislation
- Maintenance and repairs
- Prepare entry condition reports and exit reports through inspection express
- Maintaining and updating database and web uploads
- Support of PM staff
- Reporting

You will be required to have Agents Rep’s certificate, a current police check, reliable car and current drivers license. Property Me and Inspection Express knowledge is favourable.
