We currently have a rare and exciting career opportunity for a professional and experienced Property Manager to join our supportive and collaborative MINT Residential team. We have several exciting projects in 2024 and beyond and are looking for a driven professional to join our supportive team. This is an exceptional position for those looking to relocate to Sydney in 2024.
Working full time or 4 days per week (you decide!), you will have the flexibility to tailor your work week to suit your lifestyle. Nestled in the heart of the Sydney CBD on Pyrmont Street, we are committed to fostering growth, driving innovation and prioritising your continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of Oaks Hotels apartments
Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
Communicate effectively with tenants
Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
Preform additional tasks as instructed by the Senior Property Manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
A current Property Management Registration
Hold a Class 1 licence, or be willing to obtain
Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
