Century 21 Noble Park has an opportunity for an extraordinary Property Manager to join this global brand.
Based in the heart of Noble Park, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of, the rental provider and the renter.
You will be expected to demonstrate commitment and loyalty and perform all duties in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
To be successful for this role you will require:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager
- Valid Agent’s Rep Certificate
- Current Drivers’ Licence
- Have own reliable car
- Eager to learn and grow
- PropertyMe experience – not essential, but desirable
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Manage a portfolio with access to admin support, trust accountant, inspection manager & 3 virtual assistants.
- Promptly and professionally reply to all rental providers & renters
- Prepare and attend VCAT hearings
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Marketing rental properties
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Liaising on insurance matters
- Processing rental applications
- Oversee repairs and maintenance with the support of assistants
- Preparing lease agreements
- General Property Management administrative duties
- Some weekend work (1 in 5 Saturdays with the option to be paid or a day-off-in-lieu)
