About the role
We are seeking two experienced Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolios. These roles will involve conducting regular site inspections, collaborating with project teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient resolution of interface issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage property, leasing, financial, and stakeholder services, including negotiating lease agreements and rent reviews.
- Conduct regular asset inspections and report findings with recommendations.
- Oversee financial management tasks, including financial analysis and invoice processing.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative team player who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in property management, including financial analysis and leasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficient financial background, capable of managing budgets, invoices, and financial statements.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
Holds a Property Manager Registration or Land Agent Registration.
