About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients from the initial point of contact right through to them reaching their goals.
- Maintain high quality standards in delivery of all Property Management services.
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation.
- Oversee the portfolio, supervising and advising the Property Management support team.
- Monitor and attend, if necessary, Tribunal claims
- Maintain high quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and reputation.
- Handle and manage complaints, using complaints register and provide reports to Management as applicable.
- Birthday holidays
- Friday afternoon social time
- Work from home when needed.
- Shared company cars
The ideal candidate with require:
- Current Real Estate Certificate lodged with Office of Fair Trading
- Current unrestricted Driver's License
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Computer literacy including advanced knowledge of Property Me and Inspect Real Estate (ideal but not essential).
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to implement systems and procedures.
- Strong customer service focus and skills
- Advanced Property Management knowledge
- Leadership, Training and Mentorship skills or the will to learn them.
- Ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
