Position: Full-Time Property Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of properties with the support of an assistant.
- No listing/leasing/OFI required
- No routine inspections, final inspections or condition reports
Requirements:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year plus Super + Commission.
