With membership of Stacey Holt Real Estate Excellence, REIQ and use of the latest software such as TAPI maintenance plus much more, we ensure you have the right tools to do the role. Our newly renovated office welcomes you with our fresh new look.
Our Property Managers have manageable portfolio sizes and enjoy full administration and trust account support to allow you to do what you do best – manage relationships with clients, tenants and trades.
Successful Property Managers are:
- Organized, methodical, dedicated to checklists and procedure.
- Love the variety of each week with the mixture of in and out of office work.
- Able to communicate – both verbally and in writing with a friendly but professional solution focused attitude.
- Home at 5pm each day and not needed for weekend work.
- Valued and supported in their role.
Ideally you have property management experience but we will take resumes if you are new to the industry and have your registration.
