As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and overall efficiency of a well Shopping Centre based in Toowoomba.
Duties:
- Preventative and reactive maintenance management
- Provide support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management
- Oversee all aspects of hard and soft services
- Contractor induction and management
- Uphold OH&S standards
- Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations within a retail environment
- Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade is advantageous but not essential
- Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk Management
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
- Genuine passion for retail property and Shopping Centre management
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
