Century 21 Hulstaert Estate Agents in Point Cook are seeking a male or female Property Manager to join our supportive team.
This exciting position is for someone mature, seeking a long term career as Property Manager and future department manager. Permanent Part Time and/or leading to full time is flexible.
If you love real estate, have a positive attitude, wanting to further your career then this property management role is for you.
Requirements of the position:
- Live local in the Western Suburbs and after a long term rewarding career
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management
- Most importantly to have clear communication with trades, owners & renters
- Keep excellent relationships with the owners & renters
- Ability to problem solve and use your initiative for best course of action
- Excellent time management, organisation skills & keeping communication records
- Knowledge and understanding of new regulations of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience using Property Tree would be an advantage
- Arithmetic knowledge, basic maths as required for the role.
