An exciting opportunity exists to join the Assessment and Reporting Division in the Digital Assessment Delivery Unit for a full-time, ongoing position.The role will facilitate the operation and support of online digital platforms that provide classroom assessments (and related services) to Victorian schools and early childhood centres.The unit provides services to support business units in the VCAA and the Department of Education, as well as providing online assessments to Victorian schools across all sectors (including the Digital Assessment Library and Insight suites). As required, the unit also supports projects to further improve the digital experience of students and educators.Overseeing a small team, your key responsibilities include:
- day-to-day operation and oversight of Digital Assessment platforms ensuring continuity of service delivery, management of suppliers and helpdesk function
- support of assessment owners to maintain and facilitate improvements in delivery
- overseeing business changes arising from technology improvements including underlying platform changes and enhancements
- providing authoritative advice on the delivery of Digital Assessment and related services to stakeholders including senior management.
