This role is based at our Head office in Dandenong South.Reporting to the Head of Sales Controlling and Customer Management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the creation of reporting on customer figures for various stakeholders.
- Coordinating and updating the Wurth Customer Database.
- Supporting activities to increase the number of active customers.
- Liasing with our Salesforce and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Streamline existing and develop new processes to encourage long-term business relationships.
- Processing customer related requested in a timely manner
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong Administrative skills and experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, advanced level of Excel and previous experience with SAP will be advantageous.
- The ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
