The Role:

Your responsibility involves working alongside a Senior Property Manager to co-manage a residential portfolio located around Bateau Bay, Long Jetty and The Entrance. You will have ongoing training to see you step up and manage a portfolio on your own within 6 months.

• Arrears management
• Coordinating and conducting routine inspections
• Manage in and outgoing inspections
• Oversight of repairs and maintenance
• Handling rent reviews and lease renewals
• Navigating bond and insurance claims
• Approval of applications in collaboration with landlords
• Attend weekly team meetings

The right candidate will have:

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car
• 12 months experience working in the property management department
• Highly customer service focused
• Sharp attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
• A passion to progress and grow your career
