The Role:
Your responsibility involves working alongside a Senior Property Manager to co-manage a residential portfolio located around Bateau Bay, Long Jetty and The Entrance. You will have ongoing training to see you step up and manage a portfolio on your own within 6 months.
- Arrears management
- Coordinating and conducting routine inspections
- Manage in and outgoing inspections
- Oversight of repairs and maintenance
- Handling rent reviews and lease renewals
- Navigating bond and insurance claims
- Approval of applications in collaboration with landlords
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car
- 12 months experience working in the property management department
- Highly customer service focused
- Sharp attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
- A passion to progress and grow your career
