In this role, you'll:
Work within our South & West Region / West Area team within the orange cluster of NSW Trains covering all stations west of Lithgow and out to Bathurst including Parkes and Stuart Town on the Dubbo line.
This role will see you provide a frontline leadership role, leading a small to medium sized team of station staff at various locations and ensuring there training needs and community customer knowledge is at a high level.
You will make sure stock including uniforms are up to date and at the required level and that station presentation - including unattended locations - are at a high standard for stations that represent our business. This will see you allocate staff to clean locations when required as well as talking with customers and community groups and understanding the timetables for trains and coaches in these areas. In addition to this, you will also organise and manage multi-faceted events.

About you
Your leadership and management experience across diverse team environments will have seen you operate within a complex Customer Service environment.
Your recognised as having a high level of community interest and awareness and the experience in leading a team over a large geographical area that will require the ability provide remote leadership as well for various members of the team.
This will see you working at several different community locations with different requirements and staffing levels where your focus is to meet the needs of our regional customers.
This is a Front-line Award RC4 Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday with flexibility to be available for overtime weekend work covering special events and willingness to travel to other station locations that cover the Orange Cluster.
