ResponsibilitiesThe Business Manager role will provide energetic leadership to a team of account managers. You will provide strong 3PL or warehouse operations experience, development and growth strategies to the Account Management team. Your focus will be developing innovative approaches to drive strategic account growth and customer satisfaction across an impressive portfolio. You will be a subject matter expert providing knowledge and leadership to effectively develop successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Duties include:
- Leadership and mentoring of the Account Management team
- Driving key warehouse operational knowledge to review and improve business processes
- Lead and drive innovative customer centric solutions
- Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the customer and drive continuous improvement
- Proven Account Management skills
- Strong experience in 3PL or logistics solutions
- Superior negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience managing a team;
- Commercially astute;
- Outstanding leadership qualities;
- Degree qualification in business/ logistics or equivalent.
