Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all enquiries from prospective tenants
- Conducting Open for Inspection and private appointments
- Completion of tenancy application forms and condition reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Completion of lease documentation
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Handling Arrears
- Completing Routine Inspections thoroughly
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenant
- Completing final inspections
- Attending VCAT
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years Property Management experience is preferred
- Agents Representative Certificate Essential
- Your own car and valid driver's licence
- Exceptional customer service
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of AgentBox and Property Me software, IRE in preferable but not necessary
