- Familiar with relevant legislative, ethical, and professional requirements and rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential)
- Capable of organizing maintenance work and liaising professionally with tradespersons
- Confident in problem-solving and dispute resolution
- Advertise available properties and manage inspections, including open, routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Trust Account management and receipting
- Property management software operation
- Liaise and maintain healthy working relationships with Body Corporate committees, owners, residents, and relevant stakeholders
