Property Manager

Work with an industry leading brand that prides themselves on their friendly team and great culture.
Our client is looking for a stand out Property Manager to start working in a well-established and passionate team of 15+ staff with one of the most well-respected names in the business.
The Role:

• Managing a well-maintained portfolio of 145 residential properties (mostly local to the office)
• Leasing and administrative support and the guidance of a helpful team leader
• Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm with NO SATURDAYS!
• Parking provided
• Opportunity to work 1 day per week from home upon meeting KPIs
• Salary up to $90,000

 
The Candidate:

• Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with PropertyMe, InspectionExpress & Google Suite is high desirable but not required
• Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL 
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
