**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property Manager to join our team. This role allows the manager to manage various tasks while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Our business model ensures that Property Managers engage directly in property management activities rather than being bogged down by data processing, thanks to our team of 11 Virtual Assistants OR by processing applications as our wonderful 3 full-time dedicated capable Leasing Consultants take care of it all.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting condition reports and routine inspections
- Managing Property Management letters and rental arrears
- Handling lease renewals, rent increases, and final inspections
- Signing new leases and processing bonds
- Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
- Arranging anniversary cards and gifts for owners and tenants
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Issuing breach notices
- Staying updated with current Property Management Legislation
**What We’re Looking For:**
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Agent's Representative Certificate
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- A willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks
- A commitment to providing exemplary customer service
- A reliable car and a valid driver's license
**Work Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Every fourth Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (paid)
