The Position
Our client has created a new and exciting position for someone to join this powerhouse property management team and manage a well-established portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage an immaculate property portfolio of 200 properties (no routines, no ingoings, no opens, no accounts!)
- Nurture existing and new client relationships
- Conduct outgoing inspections
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Maintain arrears, conduct rent reviews and renewals
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required
The Person
We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to join this stellar agency in South West Sydney. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First class written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail is a must!
- A strong negotiator with first class conflict resolution skills
- Highly innovative with a 'forward thinking' mindset
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
