Currently seeking a Property Manager to join a steamline Property Management division within a big branded office with structured team.
The Role:
We are looking for someone to provide a high level of service and look after a high end, well maintained portfolio. Specialising in properties on the Lower North shore, you will be responsible for:
- Managing 120 Properties
- Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI’s
- Conducting the Leasing Process
The Candidate:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & previous real estate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin language skills are advantageous
- The desire to learn and success
- Extremely organised!
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- A valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
