Currently seeking a Property Manager, this is a team that work well together in servicing beautiful houses and apartments. With loads of support from the directors, Leasing Team, Admin & accounts team and more, this role will suit someone that is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.
The Role:
- Monday – Friday (occasional Saturday to assist with overflow)
- Managing 170 properties, the portfolio is local
- Leasing consultant/property officer for support – this person does the leasing & ingoings
- Landlords & tenant correspondence
- Repairs & maintenance
- Outgoing inspections
- Arrears control
- NO LEASING OR ACCOUNTS!!
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- The ability to work well in a team
- We are looking for someone who can train their junior
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Paying up to $100K including super, dependent on experience
- Work alongside a fantastic director
