Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring all Commercial and operational aspects are operating in accordance with our mission, values, and business principles. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with tenants, managing development proposals, overseeing fit outs, marketing and leasing preparing reports, and modelling the core values of the organisation.

Role and responsibilities:
As a Commercial and IndustrialProperty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the diverse portfolio. The role will be based at Burnside Village and the City, although there will be regular travel to the other sites on a routine basis. The key functions of the role include:
- Lead and manage the Commercial & Industrial property maintenance team.
- Maintain regular contact with tenants including face-to-face interactions.
- Manage the property marketing and leasing for tenancies and to make recommendations for negotiated leases.
- Manage development proposals and works in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer.
- Prepare and present bi-monthly Leasing Committee and quarterly Board reporting for the portfolio.
- Ensure properties meet all required regulatory and compliance standards.
Skills and background:
- Ideally possess qualifications in real estate, property, building or construction related field
- High level of commercial acumen with the ability to produce annual budgets
- Excellent understanding of /operations/ facilities management and building operations and working understanding to manage marketing and leasing outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Knowledge and understanding of lease legislation and compliance.
