Property Manager - Industrial

Hays are proud to be partnering with an industry leading institutional Fund Manager who possess one of the largest property portfolios in Australia. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has presented itself for a Property Manager to join their team and work closely with a highly experienced Asset Manager.

Your new role
You will be responsible for maximising revenue, controlling expenses, long-term capital growth and overall management of a South Australian portfolio of approx 20 premium industrial assets. While working closely with the Asset Manager, you're role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategy for the portfolio
• Management of investment performance, property budgets, insurance requirements, tenancy fit outs, in line with tenancy agreements, rentals and outgoings.
• Ensure the long term investment viability of assets
• Oversee and manage special projects on time and within budget
• Build strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders
• Assist the Development division in review of Heads of Agreement and Leases

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• 3-5 years relevant experience in agency or client-side
• Extensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate
• Experience in Commercial Negotiations (Leasing)
• Project Management experience in dealing with CAPEX works or Tenant Fitouts
• Setting, managing and reporting budgets
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to think critically and work autonomously
