Century 21 Southern are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager or experienced assistant ready to take the next step in their career. The position is located at our Morphett Vale office is spread over the Southern suburbs.
You would be caring for a portfolio of properties and have the support of a fully supported role (accounts, lease renewals and EOM all taken care of). Working alongside our experienced Property Managers, with plenty of support, up to date IT, structure and systems, to help grow your career to its full capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of your own portfolio including all correspondence with landlords and tenants
- Maintaining accurate records
- Conducting Inspections -Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings
- Leasing of properties
- Maintenance
- Residential Tenancy Tribunal hearings
- Rental appraisals
- Bond refunds
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and have high ethical values
- Punctuality and time management skills a must
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with PropertyMe, Tapi & 2Apply software is an advantage
Requirements:
- Current Property Management License
- Current drivers license
- Ideally a minimum 12 months experience in property management
