An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to take charge of their own portfolio of only 200 properties with support from your own full-time assistant Property Manager, accounts departments and leasing team.

The Role:

Monday – Friday, this is an EASY role, neat portfolio and enjoyable team. You will be managing one of the strongest and most trusted portfolio’s in the industry. Currently seeking a Property Manager due to growth, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of 200 properties all local
• Conducting ingoings, outgoings & routines
• Liaising with landlords and Tenants
• Arrears control
• Maintenance
• Tribunal – when needed!
• NO Leasing – you will have your own dedicated leasing officer

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential – you could be a qualified Property Manager or a Senior Property Manager looking to take a step into a small portfolio
• We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• The ability to provide a high level of service
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
