Property Manager

Belle Property Manly has an opening for a Property Manager to come and join our team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is looking for a busy and varied role full of learning, challenges and great experiences. Your focus will be on customer service and attention to detail, working with our property management team but assisted by the Property Management Assistant. Previous experience as a Property Manager is a requirement, along with a current Real Estate Registration Certificate.  

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Daily Rental arrears reporting, and late tenant invoice payments as required
• Responding to emails and in person enquires in a friendly and professional manner
• Organising, following up and completing all maintenance requests and reports with the use of aided Computer Software, Maintenance Manager
• Database management, in regards to the departments KPI’S
• Inputting of Maintenance and owner invoices as required
• Assisting the Property Management team with general administration as well as liaising with tenants & Landlords when required
• Routine Inspections are completed by our Assistant Property Manager

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:

• Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
• Previous experience with PropertyMe preferred but not essential
• Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
• Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Have the ability to handle difficult situations and think outside the box
• High attention to detail for processes and procedures
• Have a current real estate certificate of registration and Driver's license

The position is full time and the successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 8.30am to 5pm. 

There is a per KM car allowance and the potential to earn commission on top of your salary package.
