The Client:Our client is one of Australia's leading NFP businesses providing specialist housing services for Queenslanders. With a strong commitment to their community and development pipeline leading the way for guaranteed work this is an opportunity for an experience Property / Asset Manager.
The Role:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the rental portfolio consisting of freehold and strata residences
- ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of tenants
- Provide excellent tenant service and respond to requests in a timely manner
- administer leases and licenses and maintain an accurate tenancy schedule
- Report to the Head of Property regularly
- Complete both out-of-office duties such as Entry inspections, Exit inspections & Routine inspections in addition to regular in-office duties
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an experience Property / Asset manager with strong communication skills, presentation, problem solving skills and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
