The Duties & Responsibilities: Manage roughly 215 properties with leasing and accounts support! Handling maintenance and repairs. Manage arrears. Conduct outgoing condition reports. Liaise with owners and tenants. Prepare and attend NCAT where necessary. Working every second Saturday with a day in lieu.

The skills required: Minimum 1-2 years of Property Management experience. A current certificate of registration or real estate license is essential. A valid driver's license and reliable car. You will have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
